Residential Programs

1 – 4 Units 

Ö Owner Occupied - up to 30 year with 3.5% down payment
Ö Investment  - up to 30 years with 20 – 25% down payment
Ö Islamic Financing from $100,000 up to $4 Million
Ö Construction Possible - minimum project cost $700,000 with 30% equity 

 Bankruptcy is acceptable here if at least 24 months has passed since discharge. The same applies to foreclosure if 36 months has passed since the final sale. If your situation includes foreclosure and/or deed in lieu of foreclosure with bankruptcy, then 36 months since discharge is required.

Commercial Programs

Residential-  5+ Units
